Study of Reasonable Grouting Pressure in the Process of Measuring Coal Seam Gas Pressure and Application

Coal seam gas pressure is an important index to evaluate the risk of coal outbursts. The accuracy measurement closely related quality hole sealing, and reasonable grouting one key factors determine sealing. To obtain a pressure, mathematical model for slurry flow was established based on relationship between seepage law properties borehole surrounding rock. According conditions working face 11111 Ji15–17 in Pingdingshan No. 13 Mine, process sealing were simulated by COMSOL multiphysics numerical simulation software. After comparing distribution diffusion characteristics under different pressures, it concluded that 4 MPa. When MPa seal used during actual engineering verification, measured 2.7 MPa, which more accurate than result obtained with normal grouting.
